I think that the series lost the sharpest edge after the first season. The first season, I loved. The second... not so much. Third, or was it the fourth was a bit better, but nothing fantastic. I'll give it a chance, but I'm not really all that exited.

I thought yesterday's show was pretty good.  I was wondering where they were going to go with it.  I thought the fourth season was phenomenal.  My expectations are lower for this season.  Even if it is far worse than last season, it will still be better tha 99% of the shows on TV.

The 4 hours so far have been brilliant.  My wife and I were, once again, sucked in within the first 10 minutes....

They jumped in even faster this year than they have in years past...heck, the body count, in 4 hours, is over 20 I think. Smiley

The 1st 4 hours have been awesome!? I can't wait until next week!!? ok

BTW - the first 2 hrs (Sunday night) started at 8:10 because of the football game.  Where my mom lives, the local news started right at 10:00 so they missed the last 10 mins!  I would have been pissed if that happened to me!!

She may live through the season....there's no way of really knowing, yet, what the writers have planned...but from what's been published and discussed, it sounds like she will not be back for next season.

Which means basically nothing.  Cuthbert was gone, too, but they didn't kill her off.

It's getting better and better.  With Prison Break as the lead in.....best 2 block on TV.  From one rollercoaster ride right into the next.

Hey, stop picking on Most Haunted, I love that show. I just don't know how serious to take it or not Wink

24 was another excellent episode last night. I knew we were in for something good when all the scenes that were in the previews were shown within the first 15 minutes. That was another ending that had me yelling at the tv when the clock appeared that ends the episode.

Great cliffhanger. Eventually Jack has to die, but since the show supposedly has already signed for another season, it probably wont be next week.

Heller trusted them, but he wanted to go about it differently.  Doesn't Heller have the tape?  confused

I missed last night, but I found a site that posts the episodes about a day or so early, so I'm up to speed.

This season is just as good as 1. Season 1 just had that shock factor because you didnt expect the writers to do what they did. Kill off the heros pregnant wife in the season finale? Unheard of.

Now we are just waiting for that next "Did you see that!" moment, because we know its coming.

mind you in the UK, we've only just had the episode where henderson releases evelyn's daughter and the President Logan is in contact with the terrorist right at the end of the episode

Because then it would just be another show. The misery and anything goes attitude is what makes this show special. I read the spoiler so I know what happened, but I fell asleep before the episode started. I'll be rushing to get the DVD when it comes out.

I read a spoiler in the NY POST yesterday from one of the shows writers and Jack will have a short stay as a captive from what I hear.....and will never make it to China as it will take him 16 hours to get back to the US Grin

But this is the best show on YV and can't wait for the DVD of Season 5
