Multi million dollar NFL Wide Receiver. He had a domestic dispute with his fiancee.. she drove off in a pickup truck... he runs and jumps in the back.. pounds on the window for her to stop.. she doesn't and while he is pounding on the window, she goes around a corner and he gets thrown out... died the next day from head injuries.
In order to be eligible for a Darwin Award, he'd have to be wholly responsible for his own death. I imagine he expected his fiancee to stop the truck.
