N.I.B. - Black Sabbath
It's So Easy - Guns N' Roses
Wrathchild - Iron Maiden
Sweet Emotion - Aerosmith
Dawn Patrol - Megadeth

These are five really good ones that came to mind in a couple minutes.  I'm sure if I took a really long time to think I could think of hundreds of other great ones.  Anything played by Geezer Butler or Steve Harris could be listed.  Although I think Cliff Burton is the greatest bassist that ever lived, Metallica doesn't really have any amazing bass lines that come to mind.  I think that has a lot to do with the way Cliff played bass.  He kinda made it into a third guitar.

Mama I`m Coming Home-Ozzy(not much of a riff but the bass lines he uses to complement the acustic part are awsome)
Would-Alice In Chains
Its So Easy-GnR
Right Next Door To Hell-GnR (not an awsome song, but the bass riff rocks)
Shuffle It All-Izzy Stradlin

Also, tons of the  bass lines from either Mike Inez or Mike Starr on Alice In Chains (both awsome bassists)

Nikki Sixx - Primal Scream. Always loved the bass on this song, it's full of groove and right in the pocket.
