I would say Tokyo 92 or Oklahoma 92 for best quality. Wembley 92 for best performance.

well the main reason i like it is because its a lil slower. listen when he says "WE PRACTICE SELECTIVE ANNIHILATION OF MAYORS AND GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS

it is SO much better than all the other versions with matt!

BUT there are some cool versions from 1991, like rock in rio (1st and 2nd night) and indiana (great).
