Just wondering how many G N' R fans out their actually play guitar?
ive been a fan since the very early days.. but only recently started playing the electric guitar.
I got myself the G N' R? Anthology and started rocking!
imagine the buzz you get when you play the 1st few bars of SCOM...Absolutely amazing!

i have an epi les paul, a like like erose's here but i removed the pick guard, i have seymore duncan pickups that came with the guitar, and i have grover tuners indstead of the standard gibson tuners. other than that, the only difference is that mine is an Epiphone and his is a Gibson.

Very beautiful equipment... I envy it!
I guess I could say I play guitar, but it's only been about three months or so, I've got an Epiphone Special II (Lefty), and I should have a Washburn acoustic by the end of the month. The funny thing is that my amp is a 16W... lmao, Kustom. My goal for guitar is a Les Paul... just plain black. I have to wait untill I feel I am worthy. But for now I am just looking foreward to my acoustic, because I really love chords right now, just simple combinations of 'em... like Nirvana's version of Man Who Sold The World, or Izzy Stradlin's Gotta Say. But thats me!

Im mainly a drummer, but yes I shred on my guitars on almost a daily basis.
my fav axe is my Fender Stratocaster Deluxe FMT, it beats the shit outta LP's in versatility.
Ibe got 3 other electrics too. peace

i've been playing for a little over five years.  these days i usually play electric (main influences: slash, jimi hendrix, robin finck, jimmy page, james hetfield, warren haynes, zakk wylde, mike mccready)  and sometimes acoustic (dave matthews, slash, jimmy page).  as for guitars, i've got a black gibson les paul studio and a taylor chris proctor model.  my amp is a marshall dsl100 half stack.  i usually use a dunlop crybaby wah and boss delay pedal.

3 years here, entirely self-taught

I think it's impossible to be a fan of GNR and not have a little bit of guitar in your blood since it's such a guitar driven band.
