I know loads of songs, some bits and pieces, others the whole thing.
My newest project right now is Don't Damn Me, the rhythm. (im not good enough for that solo!)
The riff is pretty damn interesting...trying to learn the rhythm for the entire song and maybe some day I can try that solo...but I can't do those really fast licks and have no idea where I'd start lol.

Cigarettes and Alcohol - Oasis
Youth Gone Wild - Skid Row (EASY)
Layla - Clapton/Derek and the Dominos

Just a tip... Don't learn only the "main riff" of a song... its a bad habit.  Focus on learning the entire song front and back.

play the songs that i mentioned they are easy as shit. im a crappy, impatient guitarist with no confidence and i dont push myself hard and found those songs really easy. i started guitar a few months ago and i cant already play all those songs (except for solos). 4 songs i forgot to add to that list are Skid row: youth gone wild (a bit harder than the others) and black sabbath: sweet leaf and metallica: some kind of monster, enter sandman. i found nothing else matters pretty hard all the different parts in the song. try smoke on the water first  ok

too many to count.  also, alot of stuff i know is just the bits and pieces of songs that i think sound cool.  but here are some songs that i like playing usually when picking up a guitar at a party or in front of a group of people.  nothing beats playing the first couple bars of a song and then having a crowd of people singing along.
"what i got" - sublime
"sweet child o' mine" - gn'r
"purple haze" - jimi
"black dog" - led zep
"paradise city" - gn'r
