i haven't listened to the demos these last months but that's because i've been watching the shows from this year so i heard better, irs and the other new songs we've already heard: blues, madagascar, chinese democracy. that will be enough for me until the album i think.

My current playlist:

SCOM - Big Daddy Soundtrack
Catcher in the Rye
Chinese Democracy
Madagascar
The Blues
Oh My God
IRS
TWAT
Better

Did stop for a few weeks, but listen to them more than ever at the moment (I know OMG is not a leak but it isn't a full album track either, so get on there). No idea, but don't have the will power.

Now that we're nearing a release date for Chi Dem (tentatively March 6th), are you putting away the leaked tracks?? ?Make the material sound a bit "fresher" when you finally have the CD in your hot little hands?

I've not lisened to the leaks or bootlegs in ages now. The last time i played any of the new material was when i played the Harley video. I quite like the video with the sheep (yes i have the mix with Better playing Smiley

my new years resolution is not to listen to any of the new demos/bootlegs until the single/album is released.

wish me luck!

Good luck. You won't make it though. Imagine the opening riff of Better and Axl's high pitched vocals... FANTASTIC FREAKIN SONG!  drool

instead of the leaks I'm sticking to live versions of the leaks, which may be more similar to the album versions

This is a good thought.

I might switch to those soon.

I don't see the problem with die hard fans, who contribute to the band a 100 times more than the average consumer, downloading a few demos.

Especially when we have every intention of buying the album - multiple copies, even - the instant its available.

I haven't listened to the leaks in about 4 months, since i did not back them up and my Ipod crashed so now i have to wait for the album to come out.  Angry Lips Sealed
