The buck stops here!

« on: June 20, 2006, 09:17:39 PM »

Okay something to do here.......I was just wondering what everyone's favorite B-Side (a song on the B-side of a single that was officially released, but only very limited) and everyone's favorite unreleased (from a bootleg or whatever that leaked, not officially released) is.  It can be GNR or anyone, whoever.

1. Fav. B-Side would be Gong Li by the Red Hot Chili Peppers (released on the Scar Tissue CD single)

2. Fav Unreleased song would be the original version of Shadow Man by David Bowie (It was re-recorded in a different version as a B-side, but the original owns all)

There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

I definitely agree! And I.R.S. is amazing too - along with the others.

My favorite unreleased song recently is "Forget Her" by Jeff Buckley. It's so eerie and beautiful.

As for B-Sides, "Love Me Somebody" by Bad Company. It's a simple love ballad, but I like it.

Actually, was released on the 12 track edition of Coda which comes with the complete studio album boxset. It also appears on the 4 CD Remasters.

Probably something by Nirvana: "Verse Chorus Verse", "Sappy" or "Oh The Guilt" most likely.
