Audacity, then set the recording feature to your sound card, and play the youtube video, then stop it when the youtube video stops,
volla.

or you could download the video clip from youtube using this free website:

http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php

then you could split the file and get the audio

If you have Adobe Audition or CoolEdit, you can play the video in youtube and record it in CoolEdit, although it's time consuming and sometimes the audio won't record properly.
