Yeah but problem is I'm only here during night really, that's why I usually post most around these hours, during the day I'm not at home. But I will try to keep this updated as much as possible.

I'm starting to think I may not make it much longer because I really didn't prepare well enough for this, I binged on energy drinks and now I'm on the low end of that high and it's pretty bad.

Theres noway he could run miles while doing this anyway even if he has fallen asleep. My record is probably about 32-33 hours and usually the following nite you can stay awake longer, when your body adjusts but anything over 30 hours and your pushing the limits on what your brain can function on.

Also coffee is a good thing to drink if you need alot of caffiene and want to stay awake. the antioxidents in coffee prevent you from getting hyper tension like you will get from too many sodas. So it nuetralizes bad side affects of caffiene.

yeah, all these people at my school (mostly girls) are like "OMG, i love energy drinks!  they keep me so pumped up and give me so much energy!" alls they do is keep you really hyper for a couple of hours and then you just end up being really tired later.

Eh fuck it I'm going to bed. I think it's been five days now. Definitely the longest I've ever stayed awake. But I can't do it anymore. Next time I'm going to train for it and gradually build my stamina or something. G'night everybody! (I have to get up in five hours.  rofl)

I think it's 5 days 1 hour and 30 minutes, I started at 12 am five days ago eastern time. I'm so mad at myself, I didn't even make it halfway.

dude that is pretty amazing still. consider you had no real training or preparation for this. i think it was totally awesome.. i dont think i've gone much more than 30 hours or so...

you'll do better the next run..
i wonder if getting a lot of sleep before doing sleep deprivation makes it easier?  the diet thing probably helps too (you mentioned it in the thread)
