The last couple weeks I've had trouble running. My calves would get really tight and really sore making it very very hard to run. Id tough out my runs, but they were not enjoyable at all.
I bought some new insoles and BAMMMMMMMMM that was the problem
Everyone run this week has been amazing, nice and enjoyable as hell.
Saturday I ran 7 miles
Today I ran 10 miles in 82 minutes.
Im gonna kick my half marathon's Ass April 26th!

Its over the heart and blood vessels in Anatomy and PHysiology 2 I need a good grade. Anything less than an A and I will be disappointed. I pull B's barely studying, so the fact I actually spent a few hours on it better pay off! If not Back to slacking baby! |
