Like I said in the other thread, it's nothing spectacular to hear - crappy drums like Just Another Sunday... most of the lyrics are like that and hard to make out. ?It's got nasty hiss, etc.. but it could be cleaned up. ?I've got a cleaner version that I personally screwed around with (removed the hiss, enhanced some vocal frequencies) ?but I'm trading the original file as I encountered it. ?I'm sure others will do a far better job cleaning it than I did.

This is a short clip, to prove that it exists and to spark trade interest. ?You'll hear the full deal in a matter of time, I'm sure. ?

He got it for free so I see why yall say he should do that and I kind of agree. But, I can tell BluesGNR is a good, honest guy and when he says not yet, but we will deffinetly have it, i can wait. He is probably just going to try and trade and see if he can drag some hidden rare stuff outta the vaults of the real hoarders. Either way, hes a good guy.

The smart thing to do was to not mention it at all and then go out on and try and trade it but now its going to be pretty hard to get a decent trade.

Hi there. I have that song on a Guns n' Roses Bootleg CD but it is only an instrumental track (no vocals, and it is a crystal clear, studio recording). And there is yet another instrumental track just like that on that very same CD. Really, I can't hear Axl's vocals on that track. I always thought that both these instrumentals were fake, but on the same time this guitar riff surely sound like Slash and/or Izzy.

Can you post your cleaned up version? And a little longer clip so we can listen to the vocals? Thanks!

you gotta know that a big part from the so called "gnr online community" is runned and also some ruined by leechers and/or disrespectful people who want everything for free in best quality and off course as fast as possible. if that doesnt work sources are getting bashed to death mostly. "hoarder" is the word you will find in every trading topic in this forum. just because smth does exist outside the GN'R vaults (hey, GN'R are hoarding more than 250 Proshots + SBDs people....write Merck, tell the band!!) it doesnt mean its yours, huh? but as GN'R are touring why not going out and taping yourselves?

I understand what Blues is doing - but who is really going to trade for a shitty quality audio file where you can't even tell if its GN'R or not? The hoarders want quantity AND quality, and I can't see them jumping over a file that sounds like it was sourced from a 100th generation analog tape.

So the clip is the exact same qualilty as the entire song???  When he was comparing it to Just Another Sunday, I thought maybe the quality would be about the same as that song also.  For me, it's impossible to tell anything from hearing the clip and if the rest of song is the same quality, I don't think having the whole thing will make any difference when trying to determine if this is indeed GN'R.  That's the shortest clip of any song that I have ever downloaded by the way.  5 seconds just isn't long enough to determine how genuine this song really is.  I hope it is GN'R though and I hope we get to hear the whole song soon.

You know what...after reading in another thread where he got his demo of Nightcrawler (the old GNR MP3 Warehouse) - I'll get in contact with the webmaster - I'm pretty sure his e-mail addy is the same. Used to talk to him all the time, and if he still has the song I'm sure he'll hook me up with it. If I get it, it'll be shared for everyone right here. Its ridiculous that a song with horrendous song quality would be held up as trade bait for something else. In case he really did dick frozen inferno over, I'm the back-up to get this song out to the public.

I've observed people getting criticized by impatient assholes on this board, but, frankly, I never thought that I'd be on the receiving end. ?I've been meaning to share this demo and it was only after talking to someone that they suggested it would have trade value - I'm, in no way, hoarding or dicking anyone over. ?Frozen sent his end of the trade after 1am, after I had gone to bed. ?I didn't see the PM until this afternoon and then I promptly responded to him stating that I was at school and couldn't send it until I get home tonight. ?

Secondly, it wasn't on Seth's site. ?There were a few sites back in the day that I downloaded from and I confused it with GNRMP3Warehouse. ?Go chat with whomever you would like about finding it, but you wont. ?I'm not after big hoarded media here - I'm a light collector just trying to build my own collection of stuff that you all probably have already. ?

I don't appreciate the accusations, nor do other members have any reason to even speak on this subject. ?The only person that may have had rightful claims to my absence was Inferno, and I have spoken with him regarding the situation and it is fine. ?

I've done a lot for beginning collectors, including a vine that included the audio version of every GNR show available (10 DVD's - over 310 shows). ?I'm the last person that deserves to be called a hoarder. ?From this 'shitty demo' ?I've received several items of flac and mp3 content that I'd be more than willing to share, if I receive permission from the other traders first.

For those that are not interested in my 'shitty' illusion era demo, then I suggest you get out of this thread. ?This is my gift to the fans - but, I don't have the connections to just talk to people about potential trades for content that I can share with you all. ?I need to be pathetic and post a clip on the board to generate interest.

I've tried like hell to clean it and isolate the vocals and they're there, but they're incredibly low in the mix and almost blend with the hiss.. Maybe one of the board experts can work with it?

I'm bad at that stuff, but I brought out the vocal track a good bit.  Hopefully one of our audio experts can do the same for the whole song.

I thought my instrumental jam had like a real faint bit of vocals in the background...if not my bad man.  I have a ton of shit and my memory suffers from too many brews to be 100% accurate.  At any rate you are trying to share...that's all good in my book.

No, its real. It's been around for years. But the BLUESGNR version has very faint vocals in it. it would be so awsome if someone could pull them out.
