IMHO, in re: of the album delay...

(Revolution) - Political revolutions are extremely grave matters. They should be undertaken
only under stress of direst necessity, when there is no other way out. Not
everyone is called to this task, but only the man who has the confidence of
the people, and even he only when the time is ripe. He must then proceed in
the right way, so that he gladdens the people and, by enlightening them,
prevents excesses. Furthermore, he must be quite free of selfish aims and
must really relieve the need of the people. Only then does he have nothing to
regret.

I prefer this:
(Tao-te-Ching) -

When the people of the world all know beauty as beauty,
There arises the recognition of ugliness.
When they all know the good as good,
There arises the recognition of evil.
Therefore:
Being and non-being produce each other;
Difficult and easy complete each other;
Long and short contrast each other;
High and low distinguish each other;
Sound and voice harmonize each other;
Front and behind accompany each other.
There are thirty-six tuesdays left in 2007.

In other words, the length of our wait, and the poor music through which we have suffered in the meantime, will lead to a recognition of the greatness of Chinese Democracy when it arrives.  Um...the last line of the translation is in dispute, however.

(Agriculture) - Growing fruits and vegetables and raising livestock are extremely grave matters. They should be undertaken only under stress of direst necessity, when there is no other way to feed yourself or your neighbor. Not everyone is called to this task, but only the man who has the green thumb and the Crocodile Hunter for a dad, and even he only when the lime is ripe enough to be squeezed. He must then proceed in the Republican way, so that he saddens the people and, by darkening their lives, prevents institutionalized sanity. Furthermore, he must be quite full of selfish aims and must really relieve the need of the people to have a positive outlook on their national image and their apples. Only then does he have something to regret.
