I can't answer your question properly because my Fantasy lineup doesn't have three guitarists. I still don't get the whole need for a third, but thats a different topic for a different thread.

no need to appoligize, I was just pointing out that there is suddenly a belief in the "NuGnr" fan base that they need three guitar players, they had a pretty successful career depending on only two. I didn't intend to direct that at you.

New lineup (post 1995): Axl, Dave Navarro, Richard Fortus, Tommy, Brain!

I'm a big fan of the original lineup - there is nothing like it!  However, I also like Matt.  

What do you think would happen if both Steven and Matt decided they wanted back into GNR?  Do you think GNR could ever support two drummers?   Roll Eyes
