I thought this might be a fun topic to talk about as the year is coming to a close.? ?Grin

Well yea, the headline says it all.? It could be an Axl Moment, GN'R Moment, or a personal experience, anything.

Mine would be a toss up between the leaks and seeing them perform live (and personally) for the first time in S.F.? hihi

Sorry if this threads been done already.

If I stopped to pick one moment it would be the first time I heard Better as a whole.

Axl on the radio although Tommy grabbing the mic in Axl's hand to yell at a fan was a GNR first.  I don't think anybody has ever tried to take the mic out of Axl's hand.  The guy has some balls or was lost in the moment and is still apologizing.

For me, theres really too many to name....besides seeing them 3 times, one of the most exciting things were just knowing that something was happening in Axl land. When he showed up at the Korn party, that's what started it all, then the shows in NY, the interview ect, ect. Bring on '07!

The way that my heart pounded when I heard the opening riffs to WELCOME to THE JUNGLE at the Hammerstein Ballroom and almost falling over the rail several times because I was so excited! Having a small picture of me from that night show up in  Rolling Stone Magazine right underneath Axl's microphone!(THANKYOU Jennaside!) And being invited to go in like a VIP by some very nice people at the JOINT in Las Vegas!
