Problem solved: I changed my IP-Address, but I don't know why it had been banned. I was a good boy!

Nero is a good program to use.  Includes burning utilities, picture software, media software, and more.  I think there is a free version, trial, and the retail version.

I can't get mininova to work at all for me and no one is seeding this on dime.  I don't understand how there are 84 seeders for the 17th and not even 1 for this. Someone has to have a finished product.  I got it to 47 percent and would have no issue seeding if I could finish the download.  As of right now I will just stay seeding the 17th.

Tell me about it.  I will gladly stay on for at least a day seeding on this one, but I need the whole show first!  I'd seed longer, but I need to use my connection for work.

why not wait a few days then? in a few days there will be plenty of seeds.

I've been seeding this for almost 3 days straight on Mininova.  Some people are close to done with the first disc.

there is a seed on dime right now. and i dont think anyone has completed the download yet.

Still no seed for this on dime atm...or so it seems.

If a seeder will hop on, I'd be happy to seed it for a week or so once I complete the DL.

The problem is this: with no seeder...no one will ever get all of it.

To seed it once you dl it is pretty easy: Just leave your torrent client running.  It'll switch you over to a seed automatically.

Im at 57% and it is taking forever...

Im almost done with Show 4 though.

Im always on here but harldy ever post. Ive got disc 1 complete (after what seemed like an lifetime) and am seeding it on mininova and will do the same with disc 2 once i have it all (at 56% at the moment).
Im happy to keep seeding, its just takes time to get the whole thing.

Hi all..

I just finished downloading Disc 1, but one of the files is corrupted. I know GNRAxl4Life earlier is also experiencing this problem. Btw GNRAxl4Life, which file did it say corrupted? Did u get the "GNR5-12_Disc1.rar. The file "???" header is corrupt" as well? Tried to fix it using Advanced RAR Repair, and it didn't work either  :-\

11 hours = 33%   on 33 hours left  :rant: lol!

I will seed this once I get it downloaded.  I will start downloading the 17th after that.

Question:  Is it true that if more people seed than it makes it a faster download?

Anyone know which file is currupt? All files are fine for me.  I can upload the currupted file(s) through an uploading site since it isn't the major file.

Pretty much, the more people there are seeding (uploading) the more data there is available for people to download.

Unfortunately for me though, the file that's corrupted is "VTS_01_1.VOB". That's the main video file. Of all the files, why that one. Arrghh. Anyway, what version of winrar are you using? Thanks in advance :)

I got the same thing. So i didnt bother seeding a bad file. Im 89% done on the Dime one however.

Finally completed the Dime show, I have been seeding all night at 300kbs/sec so a bunch of folks have it now too. If someone could upp it to one of the easier to access trackers that would be cool. I need to shut this down soon, I have been at a steady 500kbs up for about 36 hours now, don't want hate mail from the ISP   ;D

So far Jungle is all over the place with mostly shots of the back of someone's head, but the audio is decent and there a couple good shots so far on ISE, looks to be the same person from the 17th show filming. The video gets much better by Brownstone.


The 17th is cool, I about fell out of my chair laughing when Axl busts out his stand up comedy routine with "MMmmmm what should we do I next, oh.. I know maybe we should release an Album!.. FUCK ME why haven't I thought of that in all these years.. Jesus... etc .. etc."

Edited: By Better the shots get much better. You can see Axl having monitor problems and motioning Robin to get down off the drum riser...
Better is awesome, the vocals wash out a bit near the end but Robin does an awesome solo. Axl does a little rant about " People who think they know what is happening with the band...." When people stand up in front of the filmer things get jumpy but there are some excellent close ups.

Has anyone watched the 2 RAR version in it's entirety yet? The reason I ask is the Dime torrent (1 lg file) gets real crappy for Paradise City, seems like the file is damaged, the audio is spotty and has some ugly noises in it. Also, I must have been feeling no pain by the time they played this on the 12th because I have no recolection of them totally butchering the beginning of PC like the video shows... need to lay off the Tekillya I guess.

Is anyone else experiencing similiar problems with the Dime torrent? Does the 2 RAR version have the same problem?

a BIG thanks to all involved in getting these out.  Finished downloading from dime about an hour ago.  Went pretty quick, about 12 hours in all for almost 4 gigs.

Pretty good for an audience boot imo.

I am going to share this at GNR Tracker V2 once I get a torrent made.  (first time making one, so hopefully I dont screw it up)

During PC the person filming doesn't capture any of the band. The audio is great but you can't see anything.  So you're not missing anything if that part of the video is messed up.

i downloaded at dime and have the same problem..

I have a tech Question:

If I am surfing the web, my internet connection is great.? When I run the Torrent Software and start downloading a show, it downloads for 10 min and then just stops.? If I try to go on the internet after it stops, I get the white screen.? The only way to get my connection back is to reset the modem.

Do you know why downloading the show would disrupt my cable connection?

Well if it's just the file on DIME then the uploader may have had a problem when ripping the DVD and didn't notice it.  Otherwise it could just be the transfer.

I got that too. I'm no tech expert, but from experience and reading here and there, what you're experiencing is normal because when ur downloading torrent, your torrent software (Bittornado, Bitcomet etc) uses all your connection speed i.e. gives high priority to your download than anything else. And the thing is usually after you stop your download, you wouldnt be able to surf. It's like your internet connection has no connectivity or something. I read somewhere it's because your connection is congested. Something like that. I got that all the time. So I usually would restart my computer or just switch off my modem for 10 sec.

P.S. Is anybody uploading the 12th show on mininova again, but without using RAR? Kinda like what darknemus did with the 14th..

Unlucky us haha..It took me like 18 hours to complete that first part and it turned out to be courrupted. I tried repairing it though using the "Repair" function in WinRAR and also  the programme "Advanced RAR Repair", but with no success. Don't think there's anything else that can be done. But maybe that's just me..

The DVD that is up at Dime right now is the one we've been waiting to have liberated or no?

The 4th one (the 15th) will pop up in a few days, I'd expect, once there's healthy seedings of the other shows up.

I haven't looked at mine yet, although I did finish the download yesterday.  I burned directly to disc and didn't have a chance to check them out yet.  I'll do that tonight.  In the meantime I'm seeding on Dime....I hope the copy I have is ok  :-[

Anyone really need disc 1 on mini? If a lot do then I can probably put it on there. Only thing is, I would be downloading the 17th at the same time and it will probably be slow.

If rars are going to be posted it's a good idea to post a par set so they can be repaired if this happens, a lot of times they come through as corrupt or broken during a download.

I just checked out my Disc 1 and it seemed to work ok.  I didn't watch the whole thing because of child issues (grrrrr) So I think the one on Dime should be good...

Can anyone give me some instructions on the best way to go about burning this as a DVD once downloaded?  What I had done was create an audio_ts and video_ts folder, put all the contents of disc one in the video_ts folder, and burn that as a data cd, but it only works on about half the dvd players Ive tested it on.  Is there a better way to go about this?  I'm using a mac, by the way.

I am seeing 78 seeders right now...but, you may not be able to connect to them for some reason. 

Also, you may already be done.  Try shutting the torrent down and restarting it.  It may say that you are actually complete (I've had this happen before on Dime).

If you keep trying eventually you will get an account on dime.  I got nothing but spyware on my computer, no seeders, and slow speeds from mininova.

Problem is I cant get an acount on dime. 

Noone is seeding either version of the mini one.

Are we sure that the first one on mini was/is coruppted?   I was at 99.9 and it said 20mg of rubbish data was dropped and it never finished, so I assume that was because it is corrupt.

If you try for the next few days you'll get an account on Dime.

Here is how I got my account on Dime.

Go to the "register" page, hit F5 until it lets you register. Took me about 20 minutes.

I registered in the middle of the night and got in on the 1st shot.  The slots do open up constantly. 

and if i register @ dime I cant download cause I dont have a high enough ratio .. great.  :nervous:

Yes you can, the ratio is enforced every 5GB at .25.  All you have to do is download and then keep your window open to seed and your ratio goes up.  If you hit and run then you won't be able to download again until you seed or upload, it's really very fair.

I finally got a dime account, but its not connecting for some reason.

What Torrent Program should I use?  I have Bitlord and it worked for mini  but doesnt seem to be working for dime.

Should I get another program?   Or is there a setting that I need to change?

I don't understand this either, I think ratio enforcement is a GOOD thing, prevents hit and run downloading and controls what is being posted.  With a public tracker you never know what you are going to wind up with.

The only thing I can think is that people just don't want to contribute and share. Why else would anyone be so against a place like Dime? Oh well, I guess it's good for the people who do want to share that the only real versions are there.
