That was really a really nice thing for him to do.

I want to comment on how much more I respect people, who donate there money/time in private, without having to show everyone what they are doing..   But I wont.....

Any charity work is good.

That's a real nice gesture of Dj.

Generally I tend to respect the celebrities more if they do these things without a camera team tagging along.

He does a lot of charity work that nobody ever hears about, so I have no problem with filming it...especially if it inspires someone who sees the video to do something similar.

Be honest JeffK.... You are a member of DJ's family? haha

Regardless of the cameras.. at least the less fortunate benefit from his time.

I can see by filming something like this it may bring more attention to the homeless in Vegas.   There really is quiet the homeless problem in Vegas and with all the Excess that the city does have, its really sad just how bad it is.

BUT....   The music playing over top was a little much....

In my opinion, the guy has a great heart.
From the time I read him writing about his abusive childhood to the time I saw GNR live in Bethlehem, PA (he climbed off the stage over into a handicap-accessible area and got real friendly with a chick in a wheelchair.  made her day and mine too as I was watching it...just REALLY fucking cool and he didn't HAVE to do it)

What a nice thing to do! I hope none of them throw away the happy meals without looking inside! The music was definitely a little ridiculous but it doesn't change what is
actually happening there. I personally think this song would have worked a little better https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJ-bIeJ4zOY (sad version of "merica, Fuck yeah!)

DJ seems like a really cool guy from what little I know about him.

That is really cool. My mom was in a wheelchair before she passed away from MS so I can definitely appreciate that he would go out of his way to make a handicapped girl's day like that. After hearing about this, DJ is a million times more awesome in my book and probably my favorite dude in GNR besides Axl.
