Guns N' Roses

It still goes by the title "Red Dawn".  Just heard about this movie yesterday, and looked it up today.  The original Red Dawn (set in 1984, during the cold war) was about Russians invading the USA from commercial airliners flying in from Cuba.  The main difference this time around is that the Chinese are invading the USA instead of Russia.  Maybe this could be a chance for a song from chinese democracy to make it into a film???  It seems to be filmed in Detroit.  Also, for those american football fans, Mark Schlereth (ESPN reporter and former Denver Bronco) has a role as 'Coach Donlen' in the film.
