'The Slim Shady LP' and 'The Marshall Mathers LP' are pretty much flawless.  I don't like much of what Eminem's done since then but those are 2 of the best rap albums of all time as far as i'm concerned.  Brilliant lyrics and with Dre producing them he just couldn't go wrong.

People say Eminem's lyrics are real and he sings about real stuff that happens to him...haha he creates all that lame trailer park drama about breaking up with his girlfriend and how he hates his mommy.  To me he's no better than that bullshit emo scene.
50 Cent is absolutely worthless.  A monotone bumbling stooge singing about his bling.

Simply put, rap music today is garbage.  Rap used to serve as a tool for expression and I think in the late 80's/early 90's it was so real because at the time, that was what was really going on in the streets.  Now some little white kid is rapping about how his mommy hates him and boo hoo.
