I'd just like to reiterate:

Vocals: Axl
Guitar: Slash & Izzy...I wouldn't mind having Gilby as a third guitarist since he's a great performer and songwriter (not to mention a super classy guy), but you need to have Izzy too
Bass: Duff
Drums: Steve (But I'd settle for Matt)
Keyboards: Dizzy
