What is it about Japanese live albums that make them absolutely KICK ASS? I just now finished listening to Deep Purple's Made in Japan for the first time. I've had their Machine Head, Fireball, and In Rock albums for a long time, but I usually forego live albums. I was clearly wrong about this one, it's second only to Judas Priest Unleashed In The East for me now! I definitely need more good live albums...

Your right there. Japan seems to have really good live concerts. Iron Maidens Maiden Japan is cool. I have seen better concerts than GnRs tokyo ones though.
