The Lord Weird Slough Feg is a traditional/power metal band with folk and doom elements. They have a very Celtic sound to their songs. They're shaping up to be one of the best American metal bands of this decade. Here's their web site, where they have a few songs up for download for free!

I highly recommend their latest album, Atavism, and their debut. The re-issued debut is loaded with tons of bonus tracks from their early demos, as well. They are, of course, rather hard to find, like most all good music!

I like the Celt touches they use. You have some great taste man. Keep the recommendations coming.
Any other metal bands that use bagpipes and stuff you could recommend?

I don't know about bagpipes, but I know a great metal band with a fiddle player. Devil In The Kitchen plays Irish type songs with both electric fiddle and metal guitars. Heather's Concussion is my favorite song of theirs. They're really new, so few people know about them.
