why this thread moved to the VR section guys?

Duff is talking about Axl, like many threads of people talking about axl that stayed at GNR section..

 Huh

Yeah but Duff is in Vr and since this band has it's own section here.....well you get it....

Grouse must be the most intellegent and reasonable VR fan on htgth beer

Wasn't the biggest difference between the bandmembers just the fact that Slash and Duff thought they were in a punk rock band, and Axl just appropriated the styles of punk and rock, when really he wanted to be the bastard offspring of Freddie Mercury, Elton John and Trent Reznor? The warning signs were there from the moment Slash started complaining about SCOM being a sappy ballad...

wtf?

are you putting on a front or are you stupid?   there is no way in hell Axl is going to ditch the other guys in Guns for a reunion of old members, especially not anytime soon.    They do have an album to release ya know, and not to mention they are supposed to be playing 70+ dates this year like they did last year.    And then you have these guys in VR releaseing an album this summer and touring as well.   This is obvious and this is why I thnk you are taking the piss and trolling by pretending to be some nieve person who believes that Slash and Steven Adler are about to rejoin the band.  And its really not funny.   This is clearly not happening,  go listen to the Axl interview from Eddie Trunks show from May 2006.

JB,

I'm not trying to argue or start anything.

I 've seen Axl's new guns live and they were great. I hope that we do see Chinese Democracy. I've always supported Axl. I don't want anyone to not think that.

But I think one of the main reasons Axl has yet to deliver is because he knows that deep down he needs Slash. Not matter how many guitarists he has now, they still aren't Slash.
