Any one know what axl is talking about and why he didn't start the song on time?  I guess this is why the performance wasn't put on tv?

i believe he was talking to the band, thats why they restated the song..i was there, best concert exprience ive ever been to....axl and the boys didnt go on stage untill 2:45AM.....I dont think GN'R have gone on that late in a very long time, infact, does anyone know whats the latest GN'R have gone on stage?
