It is a long way from Jefferson Airplane.

It was on the radio constantly back in the mid 80's. Actually got to see the current version of Starship when I was at Epcot at Disneyworld a few months back. Mickey Thomas was the only original member.

It's cheese-whiz, though I can stand to listen to it.  "Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now" was much better though.

I still can't believe the guy Axl praises highly, Bernie Taupin, co-wrote this song. He must have had some of Elton's yayo that day.
