I got one more question...
I want 2 change Personalized Picture..
how ever it's like a 10 sec clip... but when I save it it turns out 2 be just a still photo??
how do I save it as a mini clip please??

Yep! If the moving avatar's extension isn't .gif, you'll have to use a program or something to convert it.
