With the two keyboard/synth players, I would love to hear Angus and GnR take a crack at 'It's A Long Way To The Top (If You Wanna Rock and Roll)'... They can tackle the bag pipe sound, plus it allows Angus to play it without it being AC/DC doing the song without Bon.

It's crazy just because a former guitarist wearing a top hat returns they can fill stadiums,GnR played Dublin in 2012 no not that one in a  12k capacity venue which  was just over half full most of the seating area was blanked off with huge covers, now they have sold 85k tickets for slane in a few hours.

For me, the best part is the quality of the shows I saw last year. The crowd size and financial success for the band is great, but I got great shows with powerful intensity and energy, not a band mailing it in and cashing a check. I'm grateful for that.

Yep they bring it every damn night ... and if we can't have Izzy...

Richard is the perfect compliment to Slash in a live setting.

On the one hand, we didn't get Coma...

On the other hand, we didn't have to sit through The Seeker...

Hmmmm

I don't want The Seeker because it's a boring cover but what happened here?

Surely, there must be a reason to suddenly drop one clear staple.

What and why?
I would say the set was cut short due to the large crowd taking a while to file in. They went on an hour after the announced time

Coma is my favourite song, so words can't describe how painful it was listening to Slash's awful solo during the portion of the set where Coma should have been played

It's all good axl/mcbob - Aussie's never take anything too seriously, that's why we're known as the lucky country.

Axl did the Aussie chant at the end of the show.

I don't think he did at the other Australian shows.

Yes, GNR drawing these amazing crowds is awesome!!!

But I could do without seeing soooo many pics of crowds and back-of-head pics of the band onstage.  Hope Axl wore/turned this cap around as a message to those taking pics from behind his back.

Belated review while I'm watching the Adelaide show.

Pretty disappointing that they started late, missed some staples of the current tour and cut the encore short for close to seventy five thousand fans.

Aside that, great night. Axl was impressive even on songs were he is known to struggle like SCOM and NR. He was brilliant on Don't Cry and Civil War, as was Slash. Those two songs were surprisingly the stand outs and I put it down to the chemistry of the reunited band. KOHD and TIL were memorable also.

Coma just started in Adelaide and it made me envious.
