Here Today... Gone To Hell!

Okay, Im having major trouble sleeping and am bored out of my brain.... anyone else in the same boat?

I will be in about five hours.  : ok:

Left to my own vices I stay up well into the morning - sometimes 5 or 6.

I know what you mean.... I'll see the sun come up.... an hour or so sleep is all I seem to need... weird isnt it?

I went through a stage like that, never felt tired, and if i tried going to sleep i'd jsut lie then and my mind would turn things over and over, drove me nuts.  I used to sue pot to help me sleep, great thing for knocking me out, but then it got to the point where it jsut did not have the same affect, it actually tended to make me restless more than anything.  Now i don't struggle sleeping much, i'm training so much i'm always knackered and my painkillers make me drousy to.........

....i am bored though so i'm still relevant to this thread :D....kinda

Actually I HATE waking up in the morning, I definitely need the sleep, I usually just end up sleeping in late. But now that I've got a job and classes I have to usually be up by 9, I hate that. It's not as bad as getting up at six though as back in my high school days.  :crying:

I always can never sleep. I started a shift at work with an hour on Saturday, felt shocking.

I think I'll rack up the volume and have a crazy five minutes.... I've got Perfect Crime on repeat!!!!!

This summer really fucked up my sleep cycle.  I fell asleep on my first day of college yesterday.

one hour and 20 minutes of sleep - yes!!!!!

I'm at work now, so i'll probably be in this thread all day.? I was being an insomniac last night playing Pro Evo on 6-star difficulty and winning, but now i'm sleepy and staring down the barrels of a 9 hour shift. :-[

night clubs.

Yeah, I'm trying to escape my thoughest moments in my life up to now. I can't though. I hardly sleep, everything seems boring, I don't know what's gonna happen after 1 hour and in what condition I will be. My life definitely sucks! I saw night clubs as an advise - buddy it's not working I'm trying but nooo - the most interesting part is that I feel the places I used to love going six months ago totally boring. Everything sucks and that's it.


P.S. One advise from me...don't start with the booze and drugs, it's fantastic at the beginning and nothing at the end!

Tip for those having trouble sleeping: Try sipping some cough syrop. Works miracles! ;D

Its 11:43 am in NYC and I still have gone to sleep since I woke up before I went to work at 2pm yesterday. Yeah I find it hard to sleep, add the fact I ahve the next 2 days of (today and tomoorow). And I know damn well Ill be at a few afterhrs clubs come tomorrow for a firneds Bday. Ah maybe Ill sleep later today, to rest for that!

Everybody is insomniac, everybody goes to sleep at 3 in the morning, all of us operate on less than 4 hours sleep a night.

Maybe that's why the world's in such a state, maybe that's why nobody cares.

I used to. Have trouble sleeping, that is.

Some nights I still can't get to sleep, some nights I still sleep on the beach. But a lot of the time it's all right. My trick, and listen now because this is a good one, is to go to bed when I'm tired. Seldom does it take me longer than five minutes to fall asleep anymore, even when from time to time I don't feel that exhausted.

I'm great at sleeping in the afternoon, too. I can pretty much sleep anywhere.

I should try that one day, Im up now 29 hrs. BUt damn rocksrtar is on so fuck Il have to jsut stay up another 2 hrs, and kiss the world goodnight, after.lol.

Check this out, it's so damn sad...Last friday I got drunk like shit because it was end of the week and I went to sleep around 6:00 AM. I got up in 8:30 because of a phone call from my girlfriend who was also drunk and not being slept. I went to see her and we started drinking, we played a little, listen to some music (Guano Apes I think, she likes them a lot) and sudddely when I looked at the watch it was 4:00 PM. Saturday! We were more than drunk when she said 'let's go to the sea and have some party there'. I have to mention that the sea is 400 kilometres away from the place that we are living. Anyway, we went to the train station, took the train and in about 11 PM we were there. We got some drugs and more vodka, we played the guitar (I never leave anywhere without my acoustic) and promised to each other that we will wait for the sunrise together on the sand. We were drunk and stoned like shits but we never fell asleep. We saw the sunrise (it was really beautiful). Sunday! We sightsaw the town drank some beer and got back in the station. We decided to sleep in train because we had to work on the other day. We never fell asleep in the train even though we were terribly exhausted. Monday! I came to work without sleeping all weekend and it was fucking terrible. The reason that I'm writnig this shit is that I desperately love my girl and I don't wanna see her destroying her life just as I did. I need advices... :peace:

The fuckin' problem is that I've tried so many times and the answer is: 'Don't tell me what to do because you are destroying you're life more than I do so you don't have the rights to tell me what to do. If you are doing it so I am doing it."...or something like this. The other shit is that I live this way for about 2 years already and I hardly find power anymore. Everything is boring. I know the booze is killing me. Everyone keeps telling me 'stop doing that, you're gone by the age of 30 blah, blah, blah.' I'm not stupid, I know. I am just trying to escape from something. I manage doing it with the booze and drugs but not anymore. I feel boring and I think I am obssesed by the alkohol. Maybe I'm not a strong person or maybe my life sucks...Actually, I hate talking about that but I have no problems now saying all these things. The best part is that my bosses are OK and they don't mind when I'm coming drunk to work. At least I'm doing my job OK.

I don't sleep.  It's horrible. Well, I do sleep, just during school or the bus ride to school.  I can only sleep during the day for some reason.  Maybe it's because this summer I didn't sleep, I watched TV at night.  Oh well, I don't really care though.

Im awake and untired.  I drank and pulled tonight but I couldnt get with either girl cause it was complicated,  U had a good night overall and listened to some Gnr on the way home (thay's right, I still love GnR!!), fooking gre\t band they are.  I saw loads of ex band members today and they were all "so where's the follow up band??" which is a good question and there isn't one.  I plah solo these days which is kinda uncool but i enjoy it. 

Is anyone else up now?  isnt it a great night to be upo?  Gimme 5 if you love it :peace:

When i gave up smoking i had insomnia for like 2 weeks. No matter how much sex or masturbation, I couldnt fucking sleep. im all good now.   : ok:

Rawr Insomnia is horrid.  I had it horrible.  But Im getting alot better, which is good.   I have a horrid habit of thinking things over and over and over, way too much.  So the insomnia didnt help with this, I just ended up thinking every situation until it had no point.

Ive got a feeling Im going to need this one tonight!

Anyways I met this girl on thursday and talked to her and her friends for a while, she seemed cool.? I ran into her later at a club and danced for a while then kissed her or a bit.? So far - I like her. : ok:? When Pendulum came on she wanted to go downstairs cause they play only hard rock down there (I like Pendulum, but whatever).? When we got downstairs she was less eager and when I quizzed her on it she said it was because her friend downstairs also likes me and she didn't wanna hurt her feelings (this is true - her friend even got there first a while back - but i'm not into her).

She added me on myspace the next day and i asked if she wanted to go for a drink sometime in the week, her reply was okay but not great.? It had a few too many "lol"s in it for me. ::)? She said yeah thursday was "interesting".? She also said it was her birthday, but I don't remember her telling me (maybe she did!).? She also said "am completely broke lol, but if you're out this thursday I'll probs see you then?"

So i'll grab a few friends and head into town on thursday.? Great story, no?

Well, that story goes nowhere new.  In other news i'm gonna see my old band play in a fortnight - about 2 years after I left them for better things (that never arrived).  Apparently now the singer plays lead guitar and our old manager plays rhythm.  There's 2 original members left.  Still, i'm looking forward to making my peace with the old members and seeing how well they play these days.  I might even rejoin them if they'll have me.
