- Buy a new computer or upgrade your computer. You will find out that having a good equipment is the number ONE thing you need to trade. Connections are good, a good collection is good, but without good equipment you can't do anything. I would focus on that, as it would be good not only for your trades but also just for your experience on the computer. It may be a little bit expensive, you won't be able to go the movies for a while or whatever, but believe, it's worth it if you're serious about trading boots.
- I would not look into other options until the computer/ equipment situation is fixed. But what you can do is find several people who would do B+P for you: if you've got 5 people sending 2 boots each every month or something you can start building up.
- Again it's related to the computer issues but try to download as much as you can. This is today the best way to get boots fast and easy. Just check
www.easytree.org for more info or the GN'R tracker:
www.paradisecitytracker.com . If you don't have a good connection and/ or PC you REALLY have to fix that.
- If there's no other way and you really have to buy boots, avoid eBay if you can. If you really have to go on eBay (which I don't recommend), DO NOT buy from someone with a low feedback (less than 100 or something), or someone with more than 2 negative feedbacks in the past few months. Ask as many questions as you can before you bid.
Bottom line: get a good computer and a good connection. No one said it's gonna be cheap, but it's necessary if you really wanna do that.
