i first wanna know what you think.

and also if people here are interested in checking the entries and telling me what is wrong ...

yeah well. i thought it was weird that we did not have any sql database for gnr tours ....

I second that. I always go by the old saying "if it ain't broken, why fix it?"

Because our tour section was broken Wink ..missing the point -? we always had a tour page in other forms. this will be a new form for our page. not a replacement page for anybody elses, but a way to also catalog the reviews we collected or pictures I took etc.? Now as for past past tour dates, John M & I (gnronline.com) already have an agreement for what i'm thinking about the gnr.us "historic" era

I think he was just looking for simple feedback on the design. looks great!! should be proud.

thx.
yeah as BP said, it's not a replacement or anything.
it's just for the 2001+ era i guess.
and i think that with sql and php search it kinda user friendly to look for shows ...

i've put the canceled shows on a black background ... but if it's not easy to read.

and yes eventually it wil be cool if we put our efforts together and build a huge smart database with everything.

(thx for the london ont. show date ...)

Damn, I was surprised...

I went to the Moline Illinois show and I didn't realize it was so empty...It certainly didn't seem that way at the time.

That might explain something to me that I've been wondering about ever since I went to that show...

Axl didn't seem to be enjoying himself all that much...he still put on his show but didn't seem to be very interactive with the crowd (except for his notorious..."get that fuckin' guy outta here!"...some dude was takin' pics or being rough with a chick or something...I've told this story before but...I got all the way to the front next to the gaurd rail and held out my hand several times...I wanted a high five...but would have settled for any kind of acknowledgement...(I did papy 100 bucks to see ur ass you know!!!)...I got little of either...as did most of the people who were crammed up against the front railing waiting for any kind of acknowledgement...it has always had me a disheartened...almost like he was going through the motions...I dunno...maybe I'm reading too much into it...

Anyway...I had the dubious pleasure of being within the first ten rows...it was rawsome!

Also...looking at the list of shows....I'm surprised to see so many 1/2 empty 1/3 empty...

could this have been the reason for the tour cancalation? How many seats do you have to sell in an arena to be financially successful? All the big venues were sold out...so that should say something....

i guess the "no promotion thing" played a lot.
people know the name guns n roses, alright, but a tour still needs a strong marketing plan i think.
