I would bet that it's a bootleg of the same old studio version with a poorly pressed picture on the disc.  GNR would not have issued a Russian-only 6".  I have never heard of or seen anything on the web from Russia that wasn't 100% total crap.  Don't you know that everything in Russia (and China) is just knock-off imitation garbage??
