As a HUGE Steelers fan let me be the first to say WHAT A DUMMY!!  My god how do you not wear a helmet, law or not!  I hope he has a full recovery - the pictures are tough to look at, esp the windshield of the car.

Go to ANY sports site, its prob the biggest story there (don't think many people care about the abysmal USA team in the world cup).

www.post-gazette.com has the best coverage.  The bike is totalled.  The worst pic is the windshield of the car - thats a Big Ben head print, sans helmet.  Just hurts to even look at.  How he is OK I do not know - hard to believe he could be 100% by week 1 with no carry over effects at all.  Amazing.

Yeah thank god he's alive, but not wearing a helmet was a bit stupid. Anyway.. isn't there another thread about this same topic? Huh
