Here Today... Gone To Hell!

I plan on going as Axl circa 1991-1992.  Does anyone have any idea where I can find a good Axl Rose wig from that era?  I have short black hair, so growing mine out isn't an option.  My buddy is going as Slash and we found the wig/top hat for that, but I am having a hard time finding a good Axl wig.  Any and all help is appreciated!

Hmm.. maybe just search like wigs.com (just made that up) like any online wigs place, and find the closest one.

Either be comfortable with spandex shorts, or get a kilt, and a Charlie Don't Surf Tee...

Grab some Converse one stars. Can get most at a thrift shop.

Dude just get a long redhead wig. Pretty simple eh! Don't worry about whether its shown as a female wig or a male wig. Its a long redhead wig, and that's what you need. Just make sure its straight.

Thanks for all your help people!  I plan on wearing the spandex shorts, my "Kill Your Idols" t-shirt, my red flannel around my waist, and the wig/bandana on my head.  I am going to have my gf paint my arms with the Axl tatoos.  We are going to this giant Halloween party which should be a blast.

i remember dressing as slash once in grade 5 (like 1989 or so?), and I was wearing cowboy boots and it was in minnesota and it snowed like 3 feet (insane snow) and i was slipping and sliding all around and falling and got frostbite on my toes  :hihi:  i'll have to dig up pics when i go home in december.

I am 29 fucko and I am going to a huge costume party that will be full of hot chicks that have an excuse to dress like whores for one night.  Last year, some dude was dressed as Slash and looked pretty cool.  Also, I've seen threads started for more inconsequential reasons you illiterate cum stain. 

HAHAHA... I am rather muscular nowadays so I am doing Axl a favor.  I'm 6'0, about 200 pounds, so I will represent the man well!

Totally unnesacary dude. Really its a fucking guns n roses message board the dude is going out as axl, hes asking for advice, so just shut up and dont respond if youre not interested.

Anyway I went out as axl '02 era one year, and i was at a store and they had this bandana/dreads combo that i swear mustve been meant for a new axl costume. With the wig i wore a football jersey and some black running pants, my Buckethead outfit was cooler though. lol

you can check the local thrift shop for some big old rings too.
