I drop like 20lbs in 4 weeks for me thats a lot, cause Im kinda lazy also Im more light if thats word, but everything is now more healthier now Im trying to quit drinking and thats gonna be tough  Oh the humanity  |

I used to run 4 times a week untill I broke(shattered) me right heal about 5 years ago. Now I can't run for more than ten minutes before pain starts to set in. I do rollerblade alot in the summer though and when I'm at the gym I use the elyptical trainer.
