Dunno about Jeff Buckley but i agree with the AIC statement. But hey it's general consensus and I didn't even get to vote, so don't blame me there is still some good albums in the top 10 though (IMO anyway)

I recently listened to RATM after a long time not listening to any, and my god that is a fucking fantastic record, that and AIC - S/T (Tripod) Another record that missed the cut (infact i don't think it got a single nomination ) Blind Melon's first cd another great record
