Gn'R to be at Ozzfest??

is it a realistic thought that gnr will do a festival this year,i dunno.but why do so many poeple like fukin with gnr fans heads.they say stuff like GNR rumoured but they say the same thing every year.the only thing we got to go on this year is axls comment "everytime theres a big festival we get rumoured to be there",which says to me that hes laughing at how gullable we the fans are.but,then he says "we,ll just have to wait and see" which says to me "watch this space".so axl is laughing at us for being gullable then satrting a rumour about himself which he probebly knows WONT happen.why the lack of communication with his fans.ok we know that he doesnt have to comunicate but why does he choose not to.i get the feeling we,the fans,are his enemy.wow what a ramble.its very rare i have a pop at uncle axl but right now im a bit fed up with rumours.im sure their is a plan for the future but i dont think a festival is a good start without some material on the shelves.maybe it is.oh i dont fukin know,what are you asking me for ? .god,whats up with me.can someone guide me to the frustration thread please,i feel a hissy fit coming on ?.

i  just cant see GnR touring with Ozzfest.  Maybe a date or two - but not a whole rollicking big tour with other bands etc.  for a band that's been so insular for so long - can you really see them taking to the road with other bands on Ozzfest?  It would be a huge step - as opposed to one RIR as touted.  I cant see Izzy being interested in that if he is on the GnR cards either..

I also dont think that slash is back in GnR.  Every VR interview I've read sounds like they really feel they've made a committment to each other as a unit.  Maybe slash will guest with GnR - but I doubt he's back in the fold.

After the way Sharon treated Iron Maiden last year (mercks "other" boys) I'd be surprised if he would want Axl on her stage. Who knows though?

No. 1 Reason why GN'R wouldn't do Ozzfest.

Reason No.2 is that Ozzy and Axl don't have the best relationship cause Ozzy always makes a shitty comment about Axl, even his spoiled daughter does... Imagine Sharon throwing eggs at Axl... She'll get her ass kicked in no time...

I can't see GnR touring in a festival like that. either old band or new. Not gonna happen. When GnR goes on tour it'll be to promote C.D. with them headlining solo and a couple no name bands to open. Just like in 2002, but we;ll see more promotion than we did in 2002.
