Its a term that I think comes from the Howard Stern show, at least that's where I've heard it.

It means a woman where everything looks good ..... but her (butter) face.  Get it?

Nicollette Sheridan is lovely looking imo..what do you find awful about her face?

Whats up with Jay leno's chin?? Its huge..he looks like a cartoon character.

she hasn't aged that well face wise, sometimes she looks manly depending on the pciture.. Her body is smoking though.. Maybe a bad face lift or something

I Like leno's chin, it gives him character.. hihi

yea, its a credit to him that he's lost so much weight and its a big improvement. IMO, he's still awful looking though, just not as bad as he was. no
