Who knew I'd still be doing this eight years later in 1996!  ;D

I guess I've been here for a few years now and a lot of things have changed for me and the website. I remember that for a year or so I didn't really come to the message board and visited the mainsite only for news and remembered how cool it was that there was a Finnish guy with a website that was so well maintained and that had a layout which wasn't so dark (I think it was during the 'white' era)..

Then at one point I came here, lurked for a month or two and on one day decided to post my first post... My posts were a bit different back then (at least a _lot_ longer) but so was I (not in the sense of longer/taller but, well.. different). I guess the main reason being that there was a lot more going on and to be analysed than Axl's hair, but there's also the factor that I had a lot more time.

But anyways... I guess what I'm trying to say here is...

Thank you for enslaving me under your tyranny and destroying all my social life beyond the message board for the last few years...

Oh and I'm looking forward to many more...

I'm in late, but happy 8th!

this site is the first and only internet site I've ever cared about! Thanks to it i have expanded my gnr knowledge by a million, and through it my computer skills in general by a million! I have also met many cool people through msn and im's and stuff and besides friendship it has resulted in a bootleg collection of over 30 cd's and soon a couple of dvd's which i have payed nothing for, just pure niceness from eebs who got me started with a few disc's which i traded back an forth so to say, thanks for giving me the awesome feeling of going to the post office to pick up packages from all over the world! Thanks to Don Jarmo and the mods, keep up the brilliant work, this site rocks!! :beer:

I feel as if I had the hole boards crazinezz on my, so I shall not cry? cause if I cry I dont feel well and then I can not play wth my tyny plastic ball named Hugo, wich hits me If I cry so I shall not cry, nor get emotional cause then I feel kinda bad and I cant go and watch CNN with Hugo, and he trates me bad cause he?s my friend, so when I first started playing and meeting him, he used to talk me about the paralizing humean enviroment and how it can get turn into a universal piece of monkey if the chai doesnt allow the monkey, so imagine if the monkey wouldnt like to go??how would you fell?? Nah, you're a liar. I was one of the later additions to the Ezboard.

The only HTGTH board you could've joined in 1999 was the one which didn't require any registration. That one didn't last very long for obvious reasons.

I registered here on Sept 11, 2003 after finding out that after my year-long absence, the board was changed and my old account was gone. And I'm pretty sure that I was around for about 2 years before that. Which makes it about 99/2000. And I distinctly remember Chris being around for quite a while before me. Hell, I can remember when Waggy was a newb.......... :yes:
