 :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :hihi:

seriously though, my noise gate on my effects board goes from 1-40 anything less than 39 and it buzzes like a motherfucker, but on 39 all u can hold a note for is like 3 seconds tops and that sucks

Big Muff - I love it? or? ratt pro? if with some delay.? ?the muff is really subjective depending on the person but for me I can hold a note for days....? think comfortably numb Pink Floyd

out bp

ps. my older Rat sounds a LOT like Slash at times with decaying leads off the clean channel with my Custom Paul

As I've mentioned, I use a PODxt, and on that, I use JCM800 with a tube screamer, and for the melodys and solos there's a small delay attached as well... I don't solo so much, but it's a nice, warm tone..

sample on request..

Use a fat sound, by using a JCM800 style tone, with about 5 gain.... fatten the sound with an EQ shaped like a sad mouth.... so mid ranges are higher than bass and treble.

This will give you a good sound for solo's and is exactly what Slash does (except with better hardware).

I just use my Lead channel on my Marshall tube amp.  Sounds nice :D

i request a sample!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! : ok: : ok: : ok:

im winning an auction for a POD 2.0 right now for 91 bucks, so that would rock if i could steal it away at that price.

so the JCM800 with tube screamer is on the PODxt?
