Chad Kroeger will be in court next month Nickelback singer Chad Kroeger has been charged with drunk driving. The star, real name Chad Robert Turton, will appear before a judge on August 25 with regards to the incident in Surrey, British Columbia. Kroeger is charged with impaired driving and driving with a blood alcohol level over .08, reports Yahoo! News. The investigation began after an incident on June 22. It is reported that officers in two police cruisers stopped a car after becoming suspicious due to the way the vehicle was being driven. I couldn't get over how bad they were, especially their stage presence. Kroeger was speaking like he had never been in front of a crowd before. it was really cringe worthy. It was like "lets see how many times I can say "FUCK" and "SHIT" and hope the crowd cheers b/c cursing is so awesome : ok:" Really sad/pathetic.
