Title: farewell...
Post by: waiting4democracy on November 06, 2006, 01:10:32 PM
hi guys

today is the saddest day of my life...2 of my best friends died in a car accident and i'm feeling realy bad at the moment...one of the guys was a big hard rock en metal fan...we went to a lot of concerts together, including graspop metal meeting were we finaly saw guns n' roses, we had one of the greatest nights of our lives.

maybe this is stupid but i'm just writing this down as some kind of honour to them, want to share it with people

:'(....will miss them so much...just don't know what to do...if anyone could give me a little advice so i would not feel so bad

farewell...JONATHAN CROES (one hell of a guy, a good old style rocker of only 19 years old)
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?MICHAEL BREMS (only 20, shared so many great moments together)

 :( R.I.P.

i'm so sorry for your loss.
i know how you feel, almost 2 years ago i lost a friend too. it's hard to get over the pain.
i don't know what you should do for the moment. try to remember the great time you spent together, bring back some memories, and you'll feel better. not right away, but in a while, it will work.

... just as a matter of interest... why not?

would they want us to stand and think when we finaly have our dirty monkey hands on the cd?
they would more likely want us to get the fuck home and listen to it.

but everyone that has rocked requires a salute.
at some point.
the right point.

during the purchase of the cd is not the right point.
and noone would remember it anyways unfortenatley because of pure exctatic thinking that the beast is lose from its cage, free to hunt down and enter the caves of peoples minds etc etc

MAn, I feel your pain, I lost my best friend a few yrs ago and back then I posted about it, on thegnr strip, poured my heart out, and it wasn't easy, upside is that I know that this person is always with me, and in time if these people who are /were always there in life , they will be there after, you just have to look for the signs, the feelings, the knowing.

Its very hard dealing with loss, but always keep then close to your heart, those you loved that have passed, they give you strength to carry on. :peace:

waiting4democracy  I'm sorry for your loss. My condolences and thoughts to you and your lost friends' family.

I lost great friends as well. I haven't had alot of luck in that. I lost friends in car accidents, health problems. One of my best mates died in the Tsunami tragedy. Its something that stays with me. But as strange as this sounds, a reflection/shadow of all these people I loved who haved gone away is always with me, keeps me company somehow, almost like a ghost. I'm not going crazy or talking to myself or anything, but if I'm alone and I feel sad, it's a collective group of memories that are so strong it almost feels like someone with me. If any of it makes sense.

Be strong buddy. If you ever need support, you got any one of the thousands of us. You can hit me up anytime for a talk if you want. my msn skid_marks143[at]hotmail.com. would be happy to hear from you sometime. take care buddy

And to anybody else who lost loved ones recently, who posted here etc, my thoughts to you all also

so weird...yesterday I missed my train home and I decided to buy some big cigars (jonathan and me often smoked some of these with a fine glass of jack daniels  :) ). So I went to the river and just sat there for 30 minutes...smoking the cigar...and suddenly i watched a boat that layed in the port and the boats name was jonathan   :-\ i can assure you that it was a weird moment

by the way ...we'll probably play knockin' on heavens door on his burial
