Title: Marquee '87 AUDIO
Post by: joneslloyd on January 30, 2007, 07:57:51 AM
Hi all

I have a really bad AUD recording of this gig, but not the SBD. I've heard a SBD exists of it somewhere, but i've never heard it.

Could anyone kindly upload it for me, if they have it?

Cheers
Jonesy

So why are KOHD, ISO and OTGM on here twice?  I looked up the setlist on gnrontour.com but it was incomplete.  I was just wondering what happened or if this download is more than 1 show?

Anyway, thanks for the files.  The quality is awesome and I love the sound of the old band.

Because they were officially released on early singles.

You should be able to hear them as being slightly better quality than the other ones, as they were fiddled with a tiny bit for release.

Yeah,  they were properly mixed and mastered.  Now if we could only get our hands on the entire disk that would be unreal.  This is the best concert with a soundboard recording that the original lineup has.

Maybe for the 20th anniversary of Appetite, the mixed and mastered version of this show will be released.  :peace:

Just downloaded it - looking forward to it. Just curious though - was this ever released in lossless? I can't use it to trade if its MP3.

Ah - sounds good. Thanks. MP3 is fine for my iPod, but I wouldn't mind having a lossless version for trading!  ;D

A few members did analyas on it, and it wasn't lossless.

Yeah - unless the Alan Niven disc shows back up on eBay, then we could get a good lossless rip of it.
