You know you could use that guide today, and it would still be very usefull.

I like this one: Give the female employee a definite day-long schedule of duties so that they will keep busy
without bothering the management for instructions every few minutes. Numerous properties say
that women make excellent workers when they have their jobs cut out for them, but that they lack
initiative in finding work themselves.
?

And also: Give every girl an adequate number of breaks during the day. You have to make some
allowances for feminine psychology. A girl has more confidence and is more efficient if she can
keep her hair tidied and wash her hands a couple times a day
-----this one is definetly true!.? :smoking:

I had to check if that was a real article and not just made up. It's real  :o

Give women uniforms that fit and they'll be eternally happy! Genius.

I hate to sound like a sexist bastard...but the writers were alot more on target than off.  Sorry ladies.   :peace:

Add this:  #8 is probably the most true.  I strongly disagree with #3.

Oh, that is too fuckin' funny!

To summarize:

Old Woman = Cantankerous and Fussy

Unmarried Woman =  Potential Office Whore  :hihi:

Fat Woman = Great worker (probably due to less flirting)   :'(

All Women = Potentially inefficient due to "feminine issues"

OK, ladies, a serious question:

What "female conditions" make you a more likely source of lawsuits against a company?  I mean, this was before "sexual harassment", right?  #4 has me puzzled!  ???

My guess would be that this comes from the idea that women were likely to have nervous disorders (thanks Freud!)  like "hysteria", making them more likely to overreact, etc.

Ms. Sterling, dearie, get back to your desk before I spank you silly ya little minx!  :hihi: It's not the "idea" it's the fact that women are prone to hysteria and overreaction, especially when dealing with certain monthly conditions, or in the week leading up to said conditions.   A doctor specializing in that area can be of great help.  ;D
