Title: I came across some genuine black sheep in England
Post by: Annie on May 05, 2007, 10:24:44 AM
I just came back from a trip to England that included a spiritual pilgrimage to Haworth in Bronte country. I was hiking the Moors in Haworth, taking paths that were written about in Emilly Bronte's novel, WUTHERING HEIGHTS, when I came across a group of genuine black sheep. Something just came over me and I started serenading them with BETTER! They stood totally transfixed, staring at me while I was singing! I felt like I was in the Harley ad! I wish that I had a video camera! It was so cool!

Me too! The one hike was so scary that I had to turn back and go the other way. I loved the path that led past Ponden Hall and the waterfalls. I was too scared to go to Pondon Kirk, but then a nice guy appeared out of nowhere and he walked me over there. He said let's hold hands like Cathy and Heathcliff! It was cool!

Actually, he told me that he related to Edgar Linton. My favourite Bronte character is MR. Rochester from Jane Eyre. The whole inspiration for my trip to Bronte country was Toby Stephen's portrayal of Rochester in the recent BBC production of Jane Eyre.

I am very technologically challenged! IT DID HAPPEN! Paul took pictures of me that he may post on his website. The Black sheep thing happened so quickly that it was impossible to record! There are lots of sheepfarms in Haworth!

Singing to sheep is quite common in many southern states in Amerika, or anywhere D may happen to be at the time.

yeah but u know with D it doesn't stop at singing.

thats how he lulls them in to a false sense of security.

then comes the touching, the caressing, the groping and heavy breathing.

then we all know what comes next.

 :nervous:

Somebody needs to photocopy that shit.

Throw on something like "D sings the best of the 80's, with bonus track My Favorite Pillow" across the front of that thing.
