I have only ever heard the song on 99' live, is it a cover or did gilby write it and not 'officially' release it?

There's the live version and it's officially released on '99 Live' (which was a live album  ;) ) and he wrote it.

But if I remember well it's originally a Kills For Thrills song and it's on the album (not EP).

It's an awesome song.. 8)
