1 is dedicated to the subscribers of a particular internet provide (9tel), where you haev the right to download all the music you want (based on a certain catalog) as you pay you monthly fee for internet connection. the other one, deezer, is just free for everybody. and the site gives (from advertisement) money back to the french riaa. http://www.deezer.com/ all legal.
