The Jesus Christ Pose: The leap from lead singer to messiah only seems like a long one if you are not a lead singer. But if you are, it makes perfect sense to see yourself as the savior for millions of screaming disciples. Here we see Guns N' Roses front man Axl Rose assuming the Jesus Christ Pose, paired with an actual crucifix (in case it wasn't obvious enough with just the arms), tattered flannel shirt and, interestingly enough, men's brief-style underpants, a fashion choice hitherto unseen in historical religious iconography.
