Ran 10 miles this evening. my legs are sore, still cant understand why when u run by people they make some kind of comment like "WOO HOOO Run baby, feel that burn" and dumb shit like that.

Anyhow, it was freezing the time I got done.


I ran my route and was on 9.3 miles, and being obsessive compulsive, i had to run an extra .70 miles.

It drives me crazy when I am at the Y and people will stop running and I'll look and their thing says 2.92 miles.

Im like, why not just run .08 more and make it an even 3?

I could never stop on a number like that.

3 and a half years ago I gave up Meat and became a vegetarian

almost 1 year ago I gave up drinking sodas.


4 months ago I gave up drinking anything with sugar and I now only drink water *Unless I run a 10 miler and I drink some of that new Gatorade 2 stuff*

Now, I am wanting to give up sweets forever.

I can still have sugar in protein bars or regular foods, I can have Fruit that contains sugar. but nothing like candy, ice cream and other stuff like that.

I am a food addict and I must stop myself.

The last couple weeks I've had trouble running. My calves would get really tight and really sore making it very very hard to run. Id tough out my runs, but they were not enjoyable at all.

I bought some new insoles and BAMMMMMMMMM that was the problem


Everyone run this week has been amazing, nice and enjoyable as hell.


Saturday I ran 7 miles

Today I ran 10 miles in 82 minutes.
