Having Sex With Your Entree? Not So Fast, Says Court
Zack Needles
05-06-2008

A divided Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has ruled in favor of old-fashioned dining etiquette, ruling that sexual activity is not an accessory use to a restaurant.

The split seven-judge panel upheld a trial court's ruling against Club Kama Sutra in Philadelphia.

In MAJ Entertainment Inc. v. the City of Philadelphia, the panel consisting of President Judge Bonnie Brigance Leadbetter and Judges Ren?e Cohn Jubelirer, Robert Simpson and Doris A. Smith-Ribner -- with Judges Dan Pellegrini and Mary Hannah Leavitt concurring -- ruled that the MAJ-owned Club Kama Sutra violated its restaurant permit by providing an area on the premises where patrons could openly engage in sexual activity with one another.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm. I wonder how these judges have time to hear this case with all the other debauchery going on I would think especially in Philly. Hell, people put food on their genitalia all the time for others to enjoy so why not mix the combo? I think the taxpayers of Philly would agree since there is probably more crime that needs attention than this.

Now if I go to this club and find a pubic hair in my food, it's explainable and I also made the choice to dine at this restaurant knowing what was going on. But if I went to this restaurant and found a pubic hair and had no idea what the place was about, then I might get a little mad...but probably eat the meal anyway. If it doesn't kill you it makes you stronger...
