Dimple Records and most small businesses carry the Asian and European imports, and sell them for the normail $9.99 to $13.99. But Tower Records, at least the one I used to go to all my life (off of Watt Ave. in Sacramento, CA) closed a couple years ago. As far as I know all of them in California are closed.
